What format do I need to submit my artwork?
Vector graphics in .EPS or .AI format are preferred. If you are using an image such as a PNG or TIFF it must be high resolution (300+ dpi). JPEG graphics have a loss of quality and as such often print very poorly and are not recommended. If graphics cannot be obtained inquire about utilizing our design team to create unique art for your needs.
Do you charge more for each additional color?
No, the price on our price list reflects the final cost of the garment.
Can I see a sample of my custom design before I receive it?
Yes. You can order a Proof Plus which is your design printed on the fabric of your garment(s) to review colors and design. All orders over $5,000 receive a free Proof Plus.
I have graphic art skills; do you provide templates for me to do the designing?
Yes, you can download templates on our website. Keep in mind, no matter how perfectly your art is submitted we still have to pass it through our design department to QC elements that are internal to our system.
Do you charge for designing artwork?
We give one free hour for every new order. After that, we charge $40 per hour on design time.
I am not sure what I want. Will you be able to help me with my order and jersey design?
Yes. We can handle requests ranging from a napkin sketch to a professional laying out designs on our templates.
ORDERING AND PRICING FAQs
What is the minimum order quantity needed to place an order?
5 pieces is the minimum to place a custom order. You may order a mix of sizes.
What is the deposit fee to get the order started once I have my art and order finished?
50% of the preliminary order total or $500 if you are using a Team Store.
Can I get my kit faster than 5 weeks?
We do have the ability to rush orders on a case by case basis. Please call to get information on orders under 5 weeks.
When does the 5-week timeline start with my custom order?
5 weeks starts when your artwork is finalized and your sizing and quantity info is entered.
What if I need to add items to my order that has already been placed?
Once an order is in production, we cannot make changes. However, our re-ordering process is as easy as can be.
Can items be combined to meet the minimums?
No, every garment we offer must meet the 5 piece minimum on it’s own.
Am I able to order both men’s and women’s sizing to reach the minimum?
No, minimums are gender specific.
What are the minimums on re-orders?
There are no minimums on re-orders. All re-orders under $300 are subject to a $50 processing fee.
