It not only repels water thanks to a superior DWR coating, but there's strategically-placed, brushed fleece for cozy warmth, a tall collar and zipper placket to block wind, and exceptional reflectivity (350+ lumens) in the form of rear pocket and diagonal forearm strips.
We've also designed the pockets for maximum packability with bottom-expanding bellows and with a slightly larger, center dump pocket that is ideal for a vest or other bulky cool weather items. Cash and I.D. can be stashed in the zippered valuables pocket.
