Our Warranty

The Pactimo Guarantee.

Pactimo products purchased directly from Pactimo are fully warranted to the original owner if a product does not perform as expected or fails within its intended lifetime.

We define the expected lifetime of our products as five years. During this period, if your garment fails to perform as intended, we will replace it. If the same product is no longer available, we will issue store credit equivalent to the original purchase amount. Please keep in mind that even the highest-quality garments will eventually wear out, and no chamois is built to last forever. All decisions are made at the discretion of our team. If we determine that your garment does not meet the criteria for warranty coverage, we may offer a discount code as a courtesy. Please note that this is not guaranteed and will be based on our assessment.

For issues that are primarily cosmetic, such as fading logos or minor abrasions, we offer a limited one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Each claim will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
