US Shipping Policy
Pactimo offers free USPS First Class shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipped within the United States only, includes Puerto Rico and APO.
We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. All orders placed after 10:00 AM MT will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
All Made-to-Order productsare delivered 18-24 days from the date of purchase via FedEx Express. Please note that FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you order an MTO item and use a PO Box, your order will be shipped to our Denver office and forwarded to the PO Box via USPS.

USPS Ground Advantage
We use USPS Ground Advantage service on all shipments unless an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing and an additional 1–5 business days for your order to arrive. You'll a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

FedEx Overnight
Next-business-day delivery by 4:30 p.m.
International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to the UK and numerous European Union countries. Rest assured, all duties and VAT are already accounted for in the price you see.
Delivery time is 5-10 business days and excludes holidays and weekends.
At this time we do not offer shipping to Canada.
