This was a replacement for my old one, which, after many years, started to delaminate. I wear this jacket in the rain but also as a lightweight windbreaker on colder days that is easily packed into my jersey pocket. I love the new version of the jacket, as it now folds into a pouch and has a double sided zipper.

I was looking for a lightweight, packable rain jacket for those times where you are out and encounter an unexpected rain shower. I haven't worn the jacket in rain at this point. What I do like about the jacket is the design and fit. I'm 5'4", 142lbs and ordered the large. The fabric of the jacket has a bit of stretch, two way zipper and a pocket at the back of the jacket that you can use to "stuff" the jacket into and create a traveling pouch. As I mentioned earlier, I haven't worn this in a rainy situation at this point, so can't report on the wateproof feature of the jacket.

I purchased a small and it was the perfect fit. I'm 5'2 and 120 pounds. I loved how I could stuff it anywhere and have it ready when I needed it. In cool rainy weather it was comfortable but in humid rainy conditions it didn't breath very well but it kept me dry.
