Since its founding in 2016 by David Hought and Richard Baldwin, Wold Top Pactimo Racing Team (RT) has been dedicated to supporting and developing local cycling talent. Founded in 1994, Squadra Coppi emerged from the distinguished history of two notable DC-area teams: Kodak Ektar Film and Victory Velosport.
